Payment methods

• Heeram currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. We do not accept credit/debit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, or other online payment methods at this time.

How Cash on Delivery (COD) works

• At checkout, select the Cash on Delivery payment option. You will pay the full order amount in cash to the delivery carrier when your order is delivered.
• Orders paid by COD must be accepted and paid for at the time of delivery. Carriers may not complete delivery if payment is refused.

Order confirmation and authorization

• Placing an order with COD confirms your intent to pay in cash upon delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or have inconsistent address/contact information.
• Heeram may contact you to verify your order details (shipping address and phone number) before shipping.

Order refusal, returns, and non-payment

• If a delivery is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the buyer did not pay COD fees, the order will be returned to Heeram. Returned orders may be subject to restocking or reshipment fees, and original shipping costs may not be refundable. Reshipment will require a new order and payment method as applicable.
• If an item is returned to us for reasons beyond our control (incorrect address, refusal, or failure to make payment), we will notify you and outline reshipment or refund options per our returns policy.

Price and taxes

• The price you pay at delivery is the order total shown at checkout, including any taxes and shipping charges displayed before purchase. Please review your order summary carefully before completing checkout.

Fraud prevention and cancellations

• To prevent fraud, Heeram may cancel or hold orders for verification. If we cancel an order for fraud concerns or invalid contact information, we will notify you by email.
• If an order is canceled prior to shipment, any payments already collected (if applicable under special cases) will be refunded according to our refund policy.
